CORTLAND - Insurance agent Jason Durica recently received the Allstate Agency Hands in the Community Award for his volunteer work.
A $1,000 grant to Trumbull Meals in Warren, where Durica volunteers, was provided by the Allstate Foundation.
"The Hands in the Community Award celebrates the spirit of service and commitment to communities where we live, work and do business," Ted Stefanov, an Ohio Leader for Allstate, said.
The Allstate Foundation awards $2 million every year to nonprofit organizations across the country in honor of agent owners who perform volunteer work.
