WARREN - Paula Ann Mundo, 43, of Warren, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, at Hospice House in Poland.
She was born Nov. 8, 1968, in Warren, the daughter of the late Anthony Mundo and the late Carol James Mundo.
She is survived by her brother, Anthony W. (Jennifer) Mundo of Whitehouse; her aunts and uncles, Richard (June) James of Warren, Janet McGeough of Warren and Jean James of Fairbanks, Alaska; great-uncle, Howard (Doris) Scheidegger of Fowler; and nieces and nephews, Nathan, Jillian, Dillon and Gavin.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her uncles, William H. James, Robert McGeough and Paul Mundo.
Services will be held at noon Monday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that material contributions be made to Fairhaven Foundation, 45 North Road, Niles, OH 44446, in her memory.
