DEAR EDITOR:
As a former resident of Warren, I often read the Tribune online to keep me updated on things that are happening in and around Trumbull County. I noticed that the county fair has already started, so my letter is directed more toward the organizers of the fair.
I just wanted to say I hope the organizers of this year's fair took the time to pay tribute to one of its greatest members. With the passing of Miss Michelline "Shelly" M. Zolna, the 4-H world and the Trumbull County Fair board lost an amazing and beautiful young lady. Ms. Zolna will always hold a special place in my heart. I feel the fair should (if they haven't already) recognize the talent, skill, dedication, and beauty she brought to everything she did in service to her 4-H chapter and to the fair.
