Mr. and Mrs. Steve Mrofchak of Howland celebrated their 60th anniversary on June 14, 2012.
Steve Mrofchak and the former Michelena Sollitto were married in 1952 at St. Mary's Church in Warren.
Steve graduated from Deforest Technical School in Chicago and retired from GM Packard Electric as an electrician in 1988. He also served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Michelena was a homemaker who enjoyed being a stay-at-home mom.
They are members of Blessed Sacrament Parish.
The couple have three sons, Michael, Paul and Chris. They also have four grandchildren.
