HOWLAND -- A 34-year-old Warren man was killed early Monday when the vehicle he was driving crashed into a tree on North Road.
Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers said Antonio Donatelli was traveling northbound on North Road and failed to negotiate a curve in the road and went off the right side of the road about one-tenth of a mile north of the intersection with Atlantic Street N.E.
The crash occurred at 1:50 a.m. and troopers said speed and alcohol could have been a factor in the crash.
Howland Township police and fire assisted in the crash and officials said Donatelli, who was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer, was pronounced dead at the scene.
