NILES - Marcia M. Burr, 70, died at 1:40 a.m. June 29, 2012, at Autumn Hills Care Center in Niles.
She was born Jan. 17, 1942, in Warren, the daughter of the late George A. and Ellen Paananen Johnson.
Mrs. Burr was the owner / operator of the Burrs Nest Crafts store for many years.

She is survived by her daughter, Monica (Bruce) Nowak of Melbourne, Australia; one grandson, Richard (Diana) Pavick III; and one great-grandson, Richard J. Pavick IV.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Wayne E. Burr, on June 30, 2010, with whom she was united in marriage on June 24, 1961; one son, Douglas D. Burr; and one brother, George A. Johnson Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, where family and friends may visit one hour prior to the services. Pastor Jim Dittmar will celebrate Marcia's life.
The family requests that material contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley or to North-Mar Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in her memory.
