CORTLAND - Irene A. Kachurik, 81, died Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Royal, Pa., the daughter of John and Mary Gadyar Kachurik.
Irene was employed with Packard Electric and was a member of St. Roberts Catholic Church in Cortland.
She is survived by four siblings, John J. and Joseph G. Kachurik, Mary Ann Beekhuis and Eleanor Ann Kessler.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel in Cortland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m Friday at St. Roberts Catholic Church in Cortland.
