WARREN -- The eighth and final massage parlor, Gemini Health Spa, has reached an agreement with the city of Warren to shut down its business.
Eight massage parlors shut down by the city earlier this month reached an agreement in principle with the city this morning to shut down operations for at least a year.
Part of the agreement was for signage to be removed from the spa buildings, for them to cease operating and to forfeit the licenses they obtained from the health department.
Settlements are expected to be finalized within days or weeks.
