WARREN -- Seven of the eight massage parlors shut down by the city earlier this month reached an agreement in principle with the city this morning to shut down their operations for at least a year.
Still remaining is Gemini Health Spa, which is in negotiations with city attorneys.
Part of the agreement was for signage to be removed from the spa buildings, for them to cease operating and to forfeit the licenses they obtained from the health department.
Settlements are expected to be finalized, some within days and others within weeks.
