Rodney King, whose beating by Los Angeles police in 1991 was caught on camera and sparked the L.A. riots, was found at the bottom of his swimming pool in California.
Rialto police say King's fiancee Cynthia Kelly called 911 early Sunday morning after finding him in the pool. Officers removed King, 47, from the pool and tried to revive him. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
Police say there was no preliminary signs of foul play and no obvious injuries to King's body
