ZOO ADMITS SENIORS FREE: Twice every summer, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo offers a day of free admission and special activities for seniors. The first Senior Safari of 2012 is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 29 for those 55 and older.
All guests can visit the exhibitor pavilion featuring senior health, wellness and lifestyle information from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., try out a free fitness demonstration and see a performance by the RSVP Players drama group. There also will be chances to meet the keepers and opportunities to meet one of the zoo's animal residents during Get Close encounters.

AARP OFFERS REVIEW OF DRIVING SKILLS: Trumbull County Senior Court AARP Driver's Safety Program offers a certified instructor to provide a review of driving skills and techniques as well as strategies to help seniors adjust to physical changes that may affect their driving ability.
