WARREN - Marie Lainaz Lozada, 76, died at 8 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Marie was born March 31, 1936, in Pond Creek, Okla., the daughter of Joseph and Silva Stoner Prochaska.
She was employed with Trumbull Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include brothers, Mike Prochaska of Rose Bud, Ore., Paul Prochaska of Plano, Texas, Martin Prochaska of Mustang, Okla., and Raymond Prochaska of Peppermint Pad, Okla., and a sister, Theresa Roger of Perry, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Cesar L. Lozada.
Private family services and burial will take place. Burial will be at Pond Creek Cemetery in Oklahoma.
