LIBERTY - Edward M. Spencer, 72, died Sunday, June 3, 2012, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 12, 1939, in Glouster, the son of Milton and Alice Poches Spencer.
Ed had owned and operated several dry cleaning businesses and was a member of Church Hill United Methodist Church.

Besides his mother of McDonald, he is survived by his wife, Charleen Eynon Spencer; a daughter, Marie Albrecht; twin daughters, Jean and Joan Spencer, both of Oberlin; and a sister, Jean Batian of McDonald.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Church Hill United Methodist Church in Liberty, where there will be calling hours one hour prior to services. The family will also receive relatives and friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Blackstone Funeral Home in Girard.
Interment will take place at Churchill Cemetery.
