COLUMBUS (AP) - Authorities are trying to identify a man and determine how he died in central Ohio, where his body was pulled from a river.
Police say the fully clothed man was in his 40s. Police tell The Columbus Dispatch the body was caught in debris in the Olentangy River under the King Avenue bridge. That's southwest of the Ohio State University campus.
Someone called police at 9:12 a.m. today. A homicide detective says he was probably in the water for at least a day. The Franklin County coroner will perform an autopsy.
