The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Trumbull, Mahoning, Portage, Stark and Summit counties.
The watch is set to expire at 8 p.m.
A severe thunderstorm watch means the potential exists for thunderstorms which may produce large hail or damaging winds.
