Mr. and Mrs. John R. Blair Jr. of Centreville, Va, and Bumpass, Va., are announcing the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Deanna Lynn Blair, to Arnold Andrew Barzak III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arnold A. Barzak Jr. of Liberty.
Miss Blair is a graduate of Fairfax High School, Fairfax, Va., and earned her bachelor of science in criminal justice from Radford University, Radford, Va. She is employed as the small business administrator with Telhio Credit Union
Mr. Barzak is a graduate of Liberty High School, Youngstown, and earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University, Columbus. He is employed as a property manager and Realtor with Myers Real Estate in Columbus.
