The engagement and upcoming marriage of Heather Pupa and David McCormick are being announced by the couple's parents, Greg and Linda Pupa of McDonald and Michael and Michele McCormick of Niles.
Miss Pupa graduated from Youngstown State University in 2010 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse by Northside Medical Center in Youngstown.
Mr. McCormick graduated from Kent State University in 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He is employed as a production manager by Wholesale Fireworks in Hubbard.

The couple will be married during a wedding ceremony to be held Sept. 29, 2012, at SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow at the Maronite Center.
