WARREN - Serdar Dede, owner of Cafe 422 on Youngstown Road S.E., will try to duplicate his success with the former Rusty's Southside Grill in Boardman.
"We have people coming here from Boardman, Poland, Canfield who said we should open a restaurant in Mahoning County," he said Monday.
Dede, who took over the South Avenue location on April 20, said he plans to start upgrading the business around the end of May or early June, with the goal of opening it in early fall.
He said the atmosphere will be casual fine dining, similar to Cafe 422, including a banquet room and patio. He plans to employ about 40.
