SPANISH FORT, Ala. - Hazel Rose Marcucci, 91, formerly of Steubenville, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012.
Mrs. Marcucci was a member of Christ The King Catholic Church. She was a former member of Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Warren, and former member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church, Steubenville, where she was a member of the Women's Club.
Mrs. Marcucci was preceded in death by two sisters, Hilda Belli and Mary Petrella; a brother, Ernie Belli; and a son-in-law, Val Ciancetta.
She is survived by her husband of 72 years, Walter Marcucci of Spanish Fort; three daughters, Ann (Jim) Davis of Tampa, Fla., Jeanette Ciancetta of Daphne, Ala., and Linda (Jack) Scott of Portage, Ind.; five grandchildren, Jim (Kelly) Davis, Christine Ciancetta, Adrienne (Paul) Ciancetta-Sarran, Lauren Scott and Nick Scott; and a host of other loving relatives.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at Christ The King Catholic Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to Mass.
