The engagement and upcoming marriage of Angela R. Makosky and Richard A. Roth are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph S. Makosky Sr. of Warren.
Parents of the groom-elect are Sarah Godfrey of Ohio and Jim Godfrey of California.
Miss Makosky is a 2006 graduate of Champion High School and a 2007 graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute with an associate degree in le cordon bleu patisserie and baking. She is employed at the Westside Bakery in Fairlawn.
Mr. Roth is a 2006 graduate of Aurora High school and a 2008 graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute with an associate degree in le cordon bleu culinary arts.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held May 5, 2012, at S. Eugene Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls. Invitations have been sent.
