NEWTON FALLS - Venture Plastics Inc., a custom thermoplastic injection molder with processing operations in Newton Falls and El Paso, Texas, announced Thursday it has added a facility in Middlefield.
Featuring the only combination of brush tufting and injection molding located under one roof in North America, the new plant supports the overall mission to maintain a diverse offering of products and services, the company said.
Integration within a single facility is a "major benefit to all customers with any application for brushes, including floor care, sanitation and industrial," Bryon Osborne, vice president of sales and marketing said.
He noted the company will be able to tuft natural or synthetic filaments onto varied brush holders, along with mold the actual brush holders - all within the same facility.
"We do not have to outsource anything. That fact ensures consistency, quality, and also cost-effectiveness," he said.
