The engagement and approaching wedding of Danielle N. Price and William C. Shealey are being announced by the couple's parents, Vincent Price and Tina Price and Phillip W. and Deborah Shealey, all of Warren.
Miss Price is a Warren G. Harding High School graduate.
A graduate of Howland High School, Mr. Shealey received a bachelor's degree in business management from Mercyhurst College.
