NORTHSIDE, TMH LAUNCH SERVICE PLEDGE: Northside Medical Center and Trumbull Memorial Hospital know the importance of prompt service - especially in the emergency room. Together the hospitals are launching a 30-Minute ER Service Pledge - to assure patients that the dedication to offer the best quality care, includes providing that care as efficiently and quickly as possible.

When a patient enters the ER at Northside Medical Center or Trumbull Memorial Hospital, the arrival time is noted. The 30-Minute ER Service Pledge begins the minute a patient checks in at the ER desk.

While the goal of ValleyCare's ER pledge is to work diligently to initially see every patient within 30 minutes, the most critical health emergencies will always receive top priority.

The community can view ValleyCare's average ER wait times -- based on a two-hour rolling average, updated every 15 minutes on the internet at www.ValleyCareofOhio.net/faster. (Times can also viewed at www.NorthsideMedicalCenter.net or www.TrumbullMemorial.net).
