The engagement and upcoming marriage of Kristina Mines and Jeffrey Rukas are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Richard and Mary Mines of Vienna. Parents of the groom-elect are Ronald and JoJean Rukas of Sarver, Pa.
Miss Mines is a 2004 graduate of Mathews High School and a 2010 graduate of Duquesne University, where she received a doctor of pharmacy degree. She is employed as a pharmacy manager for Target in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Rukas also graduated in 2004, from Vincentian Academy, and received a bachelor's degree in biology from Duquesne University in 2008 and a master's degree in business administration from Point Park University. He is employed by Blackburns Medical Supply in Tarentum, Pa.
