The engagement and upcoming marriage of Tessa Baragona and Steven Mientkiewicz are being announced by the couple and their parents.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic Baragona of Niles. Parents of the groom-elect are Edrea Mientkiewicz and Patrick Mientkiewicz, both of Niles.
Miss Baragona is a 2002 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. She graduated from the Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in health information management and systems and Kent State University with a degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Health Center.

A 2002 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, Mr. Mientkiewicz received his bachelor's degree in middle childhood education from Youngstown State University, and a master's degree in education administration from KSU. He is employed as a teacher at YSU's Rich School for Autism.
The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held June 9, 2012, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and an evening reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield.
