Tribune Chronicle | TribToday.com

Allegiant will resume flights from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna, to Myrtle Beach, S.C., on May 17, officials announced.

To introduce the returning summer service, the airline said it will offer flights starting at $69.99 each way if booked by March 31. The fare does not include checked bag fees or seat assignments, but does include taxes and fees.

It also said it has joined with Caribbean Resorts and Villas, Breakers Resort and Long Bay Resort to offer travelers 30 percent off room rates.

Customers who purchase their air and hotel together receive $20 off of air travel, officials said.

Allegiant began service between the Vienna airport and Myrtle Beach International Airport in April 2010 and has carried more than 18,000 passengers.
