YOUNGSTOWN - A foundry on the North Side will be shutting down, leaving about 50 people out of work, according to Tribune newspartner WYTV 33 News.
Parker Hannifin announced the closing of its foundry on Logan Avenue.
A company official said the facility is no longer economically feasible.
The closing will take place over the next 15 months and will not affect any other Parker Hannifin location in the area.
