The engagement and upcoming marriage of Michelle L. Devins and Joseph V. Long Sr. are being announced by the couple.
The groom-elect is the son of Ann Long of Fort Myers, Fla., and the late Joseph Long.
Miss Devins is a graduate of Mineral Ridge High School.
Mr. Long graduated from Niles McKinley High School. He is employed by Union Labor Local 935 of Warren.
