The engagement and upcoming marriage of Brooke Ashley Stull and Bryan Albert Melvin are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Harry and Lori Stull of Howland. The groom-elect is the son of Sandi Melvin of Hubbard and John David "J.D." Melvin of Struthers.
Stull graduated from Howland High School in 2005. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in communication at Youngs-town State University. She is employed by Verizon Wireless in Niles as a communication consultant. She also is a dance instructor at Starstruck Dance Academy in Howland.
A 2001 graduate from Hubbard High School, Melvin received his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from YSU. He is employed at Thorson Baker and Associates as an electrical engineer / project manager in Cleveland.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held June 16, 2012, at Howland Community Church in Howland. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and an evening reception at Avion on the Water in Canfield.
