Gary and Deborah Ostrander Sr. of Warren are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Tiffany Nicole Ostrander, to Randall Wayne Trumphour Jr., both of Hubbard. Parents of the groom-elect are Randall and Shelby Trumphour Sr. and the late Judy Thomas.
Miss Ostrander earned an associate's degree in business and office administrative assistant at Trumbull Business College in 2010. She is employed as an assembler for General Motors Corp. in Lordstown.
Mr. Trumphour is an iron worker for Connell Steel Erectors in Youngstown.

The couple will be united in marriage during a wedding ceremony to be held July 7, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Hubbard. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to be held at DiLucia's Banquet Center in Warren.
