The engagement and upcoming wedding of Andrea M. Gates and Gregory A. Hall are being announced by the couple and their families.
The bride-elect is the daughter of John and Shanda Gates of Southington. Parents of the groom-elect are Lori and Dale Hall of Champion.
Both Andrea and Greg graduated from Chalker High School in Southington.

Miss Gates is pursuing her degree as a registered nurse at Henry Ford College of Nursing in Dearborn, Mich. She is a licensed practical nurse employed with HCR Manor Care.
Mr. Hall is a 2009 graduate of the University of Toledo with a bachelor of science degree in engineering. He is employed with Fluor Constructors, assigned to Detroit Heavy Oil Upgrade Project in Detroit.
The couple will be united in marriage during a private wedding ceremony to be held June 9, 2012. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and reception.
