Lydia Elyse France of Howland and John Michael Peluso of Columbiana would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Parents of the bride-elect are Rick and Karen France of Howland. The groom-elect is the son of John and Colleen Peluso of Columbiana.
Miss France graduated from Howland High School in 2005 and from Capital University with a degree in art education in 2009. She is employed as a middle school art teacher for Scotland County Schools in Laurinburg, N.C.

Mr. Peluso graduated from Columbiana High School in 2001 and earned his associate degree from Kent State University. He is working and plans to continue his education in North Carolina.
The couple will be united in marriage during a beach front wedding ceremony to be held May 26, 2012, at The Winds Resort in Ocean Isle Beach, N.C. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow.
