Kelly Lynne Semple and Patrick Daniel Barnes were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Aug. 6, 2011, at DeYor Performing Arts Center, Youngstown.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Center.
The bride is the daughter of R. Michael Semple of Warren and Candy Falkner of Mecca. Parents of the groom are Dan and Susan Barnes of Rochester, N.Y.

Chelsea Semple attended her sister as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kristy Rothbrust, Alexis Tarrou, and Sara Quinlin and Shannon Davison, both cousins of the bride. Chesney Sayers, niece of the bride, was flower girl.
Performering the duties of best man for his cousin was David Espersen. Groomsmen were Joseph Pignagrande, John Burkle, and brothers of the groom Michael Barnes and Adam Vernick.
The new Mrs. Barnes graduated from Kent State University. She is employed as a teacher for Howland Local Schools.
Mr. Barnes graduated from Full Sail University. He is employed by NASA at the Glenn Research Center in Cleveland.
Following a honeymoon to Secrets Wild Orchid Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple resides in Newton Falls.
