Paula J. Carson and Andrew M. Chovan were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Sept. 10, 2011, at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Park. The Rev. Robert DeZee officiated the nuptials.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Willow Creek Reception Hall in Girard.
The bride is daughter of Paul and Patricia Loswego of Austintown. Parents of the groom are Maryann Chovan of Warren and the late William Chovan.

Lori Babik attended the bride as matron of honor. Rebecca Conner was the bridesmaid. Hevynn Carson, daughter of the bride, was junior bridesmaid, and Hannah Carson, daughter of the bride, was the flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man for his father was Brandon Chovan. Groomsmen were Jacob Chovan, son of the groom, and Seth Fletcher.
The new Mrs. Chovan is a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School. She is employed as a telecommunicator at Trumbull County 911.
Mr. Chovan is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School. He is employed as a police officer with Cortland city.
The couple resides in McDonald.
