Almost every Thursday night is Jersey Shore night .
It is on at 10 p.m. on MTV,when young girls at the age of 11 should be asleep. Everyone stays up to watch the latest drama; like Snooki getting into a fight with Mike or Snooki making out with Deena or Sammi and Ronnie having their annual fight.
Parents wonder why their children behave as they do - many parents want to be their daughters friend instead of her parent figure. Everywhere you look, there are Snooki
bumps.
Many middle schoolers carry "Jersey Shore's" behavior to school where they act inappropriately - doing, saying and wearing what Snooki, Sammi, Jenni and Deena would. Girls that are in the sixth grade are wearing tons of makeup from eye shadow to pounds of mascara to foundation, blush, lip-gloss, etc.
They also wear clothes that girls at the age of 18 would wear. "Jersey Shore" is on at 10 p.m. f or a reason! Girls at a young age should not be watching girls and guys having sex, drinking, smoking, clubbing and using the "F"word in every sentence. What happened to young girls watching telev ision shows on Nickolodeon and the Disney Channel?
Shows such as "iCarly," "Wizards of Waveryly Place," "Victorious," "Good Luck Charlie" and others rated PG, kid-friendly shows? It is in my opinion, that either parents need to be parents, or hello parental controls!
