Albert and Mary Jurisch of Newton Falls celebrated their 60th anniversary on Sept. 14, 2011, at the UpStairs Restaurant in Austintown with their son Alan (Joyce), daughter Karen (Howard), two grandsons and their wives, along with four great-grandchildren.
A special-made cake by Phyllis Lester was served afterward.
Albert and the former Mary Karczewski were united in marriage Sept. 14, 1951.

Albert retired from Ohio Corrugating. He enjoys bowling, fishing, gambling and watching all sports on television.
Mary retired from Packard Electric. She loves to spend time in her flowers and garden. She also enjoys reading, bowling and spending time with her Tops friends.
