Meghan Linnea Best and Christopher Schmidbauer were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held July 15, 2011, at Tamaron Country Club in Toledo. The Rev. Jeremiah Williamson and Pastor Jen Williamson officiated.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the country club.
The bride is the daughter of Leslie and Margaret Best of Girard. Parents of the groom are Dr. Joseph and Robin Schmidbauer of Oregon, Ohio, and Carolyn and Thomas Jaksetic of Temperance, Mich.

Mollylin Best attended the bride as maid of honor. Bridesmaid was Katie Schmidbauer, and Janelle Szymanski was the flower girl.
Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Andrew Schmidbauer. Joseph Costello served as groomsman.
The new Mrs. Schmidbauer graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor of arts degree in communications, and from Ohio Dominican University with a master of business administration. She is employed as testing services supervisor for Owens Community College in Toledo.
Mr. Schmidbauer attended The Ohio State University and is now attending Owens Community College. He is a sports editor for the Toledo Free Press, Toledo, and is a radio host for Fox Sports on WCWA 1230-AM, Toledo.
Following a honeymoon to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple resides in Toledo.
