Richard R. and Audrey A. Roscoe will celebrate their 55th anniversary on Sept. 1, 2011.
Mr. Roscoe and the former Audrey Deimling were married Sept. 1, 1956, by the Rev. Joe at St. Mary's Church in Orwell.
They have lived in Gustavus most of their married lives, where they owned dairy cows and heifers. During this time, Mr. Roscoe was employed as a mechanic at LTV Steel, from where he retired after 30 years of service.

He is now vice president of Roscoe Brothers Inc., which he owns along with his brother, Stanley. The brothers are dealers for farm products throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania, grain farmland in Trumbull and Ashtabula counties, along with custom combining and trucking in the two counties.
Mrs. Roscoe worked in the office at Roscoe Brothers Inc. and on the farm, where she grew a vast vegetable garden every year for canning and sharing with friends and family. She enjoys baking and is known for her apple and rhubarb pies. After retiring from her jobs, she continued working as the secretary at Roscoe Brothers Inc.
They are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Kinsman, where Mr. Roscoe serves as an usher. Both are members of the Farm Bureau. Mr. Roscoe is a member of the Trumbull County Antique Tractor Club.
The couple has four children, Debbie (Gary) Gaydosh of Warren, Rich (Dawn) Roscoe Jr. of Gustavus, Sharon (Jim) Kalasky of Canfield and Brenda (Sam) Procopio of Howland. They also have seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
