Mr. and Mrs. Nathaniel Martin celebrated their 55th anniversary on July 7, 2011.
Nathaniel Martin and the former Waymer Brayboy were married July 1, 1956, in Sardis, Ala. They relocated to Warren, July 7, 1956.
The couple have four sons, Tracy (Sharon) Martin of Milwaukee, Wis., Erwin Martin of Rock Creek, Terry (Kimberly) Martin of Omaha, Neb., and Jerry Martin of St. Louis, Mo. They also have eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Mr. Martin retired from the U.S. Post Office in 1990 and Second National Bank in 2001. Mrs. Martin retired from GE Niles / Mahoning Glass in 2002.
They are members of Grace AME Church and enjoy traveling.
