Mr. and Mrs. Karl Morris of Warren are celebrating their 50th anniversary this month.
Karl Morris and the former Jeannine Beagle were married at Second Christian Church on June 17, 1961.
They are both graduates of Kent State University.

A church musician for more than 50 years, Jeannine is the organist / choir director at Howland Community Church, where they are members and Karl sings in the choir.
Karl taught English in the Warren City Schools for 35 years, retiring in 1996. Jeannine also taught in Warren.
For many years, they were active members of the board of the Warren Civic Music Association.
Both are still active in the National and Ohio Federation of Music Clubs. Jeannine is currently president of the affiliated Warren Music Club. They will be attending the National Convention of the NFMC in McLean, Va., this month.
The couple have three children, Christopher (Cathy) of Rancho Santa Margarita, Calif., Greg of Cleveland and Timothy (Michelle) of Elmhurst, Ill., and five grandchildren.
They will be traveling to California and Illinois, as well as to Cleveland, to celebrate with their family.
