The engagement and upcoming marriage of Rachel Higgins and Jason Perkins are being announced by the couple.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rhea Higgins of Leavittsburg. Parents of the groom-elect are Ray and Sue Perkins of Champion.
Miss Higgins is a graduate of LaBrae High School and is pursuing a master's degree in forensic psychology.
