The engagement and upcoming marriage of Kenya M. Murray and William D. Franklin are being announced by the bride-elect's parents, Elijah and Barbara Murray of Warren.
Parents of the groom-elect are Lena Franklin of Warren and the late Thomas Franklin.
Miss Murray is a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and Kent State University. She is employed with the Trumbull County Health Department as a service coordinator for the Help Me Grow Program.

Mr. Franklin is a graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School and Kent State University. He is the public service and safety director for the City of Warren.
The couple will be married during a private wedding ceremony to be held on May 29, 2011, at Packard Music Hall in Warren. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and a reception to follow.
