Anika Trygstad and Chris Doutt were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Aug. 14, 2010, at Creekside Resort in West Virginia. Father of the bride, the Rev. Jay Trygstad, officiated the ceremony.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Creekside Resort.
The bride is the daughter of the Rev. and Mrs. Jay Trygstad of Orland Park, Ill. Parents of the groom are Patricia King of Niles and Christopher Doutt of Niles.

Julia Trygstad attended her sister as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Nicole Crofton, Rachel Trygstad, sister of the bride, and Lisa Sardesai.
Performing the duties of best man for his son was Christopher Doutt. Groomsmen were Nathan Doutt, brother of the groom, Ryan Obertots, Jerry Young, Tim Shaw and Seth Aubuchon.
The new Mrs. Doutt is a 2004 graduate of Carl Sandberg High School in Orland Park, Ill., and received a bachelor of science degree in psychology at the University of Illinois at Champaign in 2008.
Mr. Doutt graduated in 1998 from Howland High School and received a bachelor of science degree in general studies in 2010 from Youngstown State University.
Following a honeymoon in Alaska, the couple resides in Niles.
