Megan K. Hill and Troy M. Townsend were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Oct. 16, 2010, at Williams on the Lake in Medina.
The bride is the daughter of the late David and Janice Hill, formerly of Warren. Parents of the groom are Leroy and Kathy Townsend of Carmel, N.Y.
Donna Hillis Saffran attended the bride as matron of honor. Miranda King and Erika Denkenberger served as bridesmaids.

Performing the duties of best man for his brother was Tyler Townsend. Nick Parker and Jeff Denkenberger served as groomsmen.
The new Mrs. Townsend graduated in 2001 from Lakeview High School and in 2006 with a bachelor's degree in both criminal justice and in computer technology from Kent State University.
Mr. Townsend graduated from Carmel High School in 1999 and from the State University of New York College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in forest and natural resources management.
The couple resides in Palm Coast, Fla.
