Ruth Marie Calain and Brent Edward Rupnik were united in marriage on Saturday, April 24, 2010, in the chapel of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Warren. Officiating were the Rev. James Bear and the Rev. Dee Emmert.
Following the ceremony a family dinner was enjoyed at the Hippodrome. An open-house outdoor reception was held in July.
Ruth is the daughter of Edwin and Diane Calain of Lordstown. Brent is the son of Edward and Ilona Rupnik of Warren.

Heather Young Mandajuano attended the bride as matron of honor. Liz Burnett served as bridesmaid.
Performing the duties of best man for the groom was Todd Burnett. Groomsman was Edwardo Mandajuano.
The new Mrs. Rupnik is a graduate of Lordstown High School and attended Youngstown State University. She is employed by the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic control specialist at Corpus Christi International Airport, Corpus Christi, Texas.
Mr. Rupnik is a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School and Ohio University in Athens. He is self-employed with Underwater Ecosystems, LLC.
The couple resides in Corpus Christi, Texas.
