Kerns-Voithofer

Julie Kerns and Tyson Voithofer were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Oct. 16, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Niles.

Officiating at the event was Pastor Paul Camp.

A reception was held following the ceremony at Ciminero's Banquet Center in Niles.

The bride is the daughter of Paul and Davida Kerns of Niles. Parents of the groom are Douglas Voithofer and Tracey Vestal, also of Niles.

Amelia Perry attended the bride as matron of honor and Jaime Kerns, sister of the bride, attended as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rachel Voithofer, Hayley Bennett, Nicole Bacak and Jessica Crank. Marissa Martin, cousin of the bride, served as a junior bridesmaid. Flower girls were Lobellia and Julietta Steinbeck, cousins of the bride.

Performing the duties of best man for his son was Douglas Voithofer. Groomsmen were David Bortmas, Daniel Evans, Phil Donadio and Anthony Day. Nicholas Clark, cousin of the bride, and Santino Trifilette served as ring bearers.

The new Mrs. Voithofer is a 2003 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. She is employed as a teller for PNC Bank in Niles.

Mr. Voithofer is a 1999 graduate of Niles McKinley High School. He is a lineman for the City of Niles Light Department.

Following a honeymoon to Anna Maria Island, Fla., the couple resides in Niles.
