NEO HEALTHFORCE CAREER WORKSHOP: For anyone considering a health career, the NEO HealthForce Career Workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, at the Jewish Community Center, 505 Gypsy Lane, Youngstown 44504.
The free workshop provides a great opportunity to learn more about a wide range of health careers. Participants will hear health professionals with years of experience talk about working in their fields and the education and training needed. The workshop will include schools and colleges that provide health career training that ranges from short certificate courses up to four-year degree programs. HEALTH AT HOME PROGRAM: Learn self-care and how to make decisions about your health during the Health at Home program from 11 a.m. to noon or 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 22 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center, 8401 McClurg Road, Boardman.
The program uses "Health at Home," a book of step-by-step instructions for over 200 health problems. It is your complete guide to symptoms, solutions and self-care. All participants attending the program receive a free "Health at Home" book, plus instruction and practice on how to use the book.

HEART SUPPORT GROUP: Mended Hearts, Chapter 7, a heart support group for members and their families, will meet at 7 p.m. on Feb. 23, at St. Elizabeth's Boardman Campusin the Azalea Room. YOGA CLASS: A seven-session beginning yoga class will be held Mondays, Feb. 28 through April 18 at St. Joseph Health Center, 667 Eastland Ave., Warren. Class time is 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.
Certified yoga instructor Dawn Perhacs will teach simple yoga postures and breathing and relaxation techniques. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat or blanket and a small pillow to each class.

CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATION CLINICS: Clinics will be 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the Niles City Health Department, 34 W. State St., Niles. You must have child's immunization records. For more information, contact the Health Department at 330-544-9000.
CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION CLINIC: The clinic will be 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 28, at the Warren City Health Department, 418 Main Ave. S.W., Warren. All clinics are walk-in with no appointment. There is a $10 administration fee, Medicaid card accepted. Bring a current shot record and a parent must accompany the child.

Look Good Feel Better is a two-hour class that teaches women how to regain the confidence they had before treatment began by improving their physical appearance.
