CANCER SUPPORT: Helping Others Physically and Emotionally, a support group for cancer patients, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Feb. 10 in the Cedar Room at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center, 8401 McClurg Road, Boardman. The focus of this month's program is heart health. All participants will receive free health assessments and blood pressure screenings.

The HOPE support group is open to all cancer survivors and offers programs to enable patients and their significant others to live more fully. To register, call Angela at 330-480-2203.

CHILDREN'S IMMUNIZATION CLINICS: Clinics will be 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Feb. 16, at the Niles City Health Department, 34 W. State St., Niles. You must have child's immunization records. For more information, contact the Health Department at 330-544-9000.

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS SUPPORT: The Multiple Sclerosis Services Agency Trumbull County Support Group will meet 7 p.m. today at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 490 N. High St., Cortland. The group is open to all those who have multiple sclerosis, their family, friends and caregivers. There is no cost and refreshments will be served. For more information, call Pat at 330-394-3166.

CHILDHOOD IMMUNIZATION CLINIC: The clinic will be 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 28, at the Warren City Health Department, 418 Main Ave. S.W., Warren. All clinics are walk-in with no appointment. There is a $10 administration fee, Medicaid card accepted. Bring a current shot record and a parent must accompany the child. IMMUNIZATION CLINICS: Clinics will be 1 to 4 p.m. Feb. 16, Trumbull County Health Department; 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. today at the Mesopotamia Fire Station; 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Southington Christian Church; 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday at St. Joe's at the Mall.

All clinics are walk-in. There is an administration fee of $10 per visit but no one will be denied due to inability to pay. All children younger than 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

SUPPORT GROUP: The Chronic Fatigue and/or Fibromyalgia support group will meet 7 to 9 p.m. on Feb. 21, at the First Presbyterian Church, 256 Mahoning Ave., Warren. For information, call330-847-7001.

VOLUNTEER TRAINING: The Help Hotline Crisis Center is offering free training classes for people interested in volunteering for the 24-hour hotline.

Classes will meet from 6 to 9:30 p.m. on six consecutive Mondays, beginning Feb. 21, through March 28; and on April 2 from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

LOOK GOOD FEEL BETTER: The American Cancer Society's Look Good Feel Better Program will be 10 a.m. to noon on Feb. 21, in the Clayman Room in the Tod Building at Forum Health's Northside Medical Center on Gypsy Lane in Youngstown.

Look Good Feel Better is a two-hour class that teaches women how to regain the confidence they had before treatment began by improving their physical appearance.

Registration is required for all Look Good Feel Better programs. To register call the American Cancer Society toll free at 888-227-6446, Option 2.

FLU CLINIC: The clinic will be from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. daily at Warren West Community Health Center, 716 Tod Ave., Warren. Medicaid and Medicare will be accepted. All others are $20 each. Walk-ins are welcome. For more information, call 330-373-0222.

MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT: The Community Mental Health Support Group meets 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesdays, First United Methodist Church, 309 N. Park Ave., Warren; and from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays at the church. This group is for those with or those who know someone with a mental illness. FREE WORKOUT: The Q Club Fitness Facility offers a free workout the third Saturday morning of each month. Offered are cardio classes, zumba and water classes. For more information, call 330-856-4777.

NAMI: The NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) Mahoning Valley daytime support group meets from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. the first and third Thursday of each month at the Girard Free Library, corner of North Avenue and Broadway. The NAMI Mahoning Valley evening support group meets from 7 to 9 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at D&E Center, 142 Javit Court, Austintown.
