I first tried this dish at a small Italian restaurant in Germany. It was a very creamy pasta with peas and white sauce. Since the restaurant delivered to our post and getting pizza delivery every day was getting old, this quickly became one of my favorites.
I soon came up with my own version of this recipe, and I must warn you that this dish will send your cholesterol numbers skyward. So don't forget your Lipitor and fish oil pills, because this dish is tasty.
