Erica Lynn Jenkins and Steven Ross McConnell were united in marriage during a wedding ceremony held Sept. 11, 2010, at New Somerset Christian Church in Toronto. The Rev. Robert Rowe officiated.
A reception was held at Blue Wolf Banquet Center in Boardman.
The bride is the daughter of Laura Francis of Cortland. Parents of the groom are Marsha and James McConnell of Irondale.

Bridesmaids were Nina Salen and Kelsey Francis, sister of the bride. Flower girl was Katelyn McConnell, niece of the groom.
The groomsmen included Ron Canacci and Steven Strunk. The ring bearer was Landon Jenkins, cousin of the bride.
The new Mrs. McConnell graduated summa cum laude from Youngs-town State University with a bachelor's degree in middle childhood education. She is self-employed.
Mr. McConnell graduated from YSU as well with a bachelor's degree in computer science. He is employed as a corporate systems analyst by Benefit Management Services of Ohio in Warren.
